This is our home in Arcais. The spacious accommodation now includes: Groundfloor: Spacious entrance hall with downstairs toilet. Fully fitted kitchen, including gas hob, electric oven and dishwasher, which leads to the utility area equipped with washing machine. The dining room adjoins the kitchen—separated by a breakfast bar. To the left of the entrance hall is the large beamed lounge with feature stone fire place. Fully equipped with large leather sofas, TV and DVD Player this is an ideal place to relax with a glass of wine in front of the log fire on those cooler evenings. On summer days the lounge has direct access to the rear garden. There is a BBQ in the front garden which benefits from the evening sun. First floor: Four bedrooms — two spacious doubles and two twins, a cot if required, and a family bathroom.
